● Welcome back to another great week. With only 3 weeks left until finals this is the crunch time you have been training for all year. Remembering to use the skills you have been setting goals for and practicing since the beginning of the trimester, will help ensure your success. Keep up your focus, finish strong and show off those great Building 50 ROLE Model skills.

● Our Monster Mash was this past Friday night, thank you to those of you who came and had a great time. The costumes were awesome, way to go!! If you missed this one, please plan now to attend our next Friday Night Live in January.

● Boo Grams go on sale starting today during both lunches! Start to think of who’s day you would like to brighten with a little bit of Boo! They will be on sale until the 30th of Oct.

● Interesting in enhancing your writing skills. Between 2 Worlds is a wonderful writers conference to do just that. The conference is open to 10th through 12th graders, takes place November 7, and is during the entire school day. Lunch and transportation from Building 50 are provided. See Karen Utley in room 152 as soon as possible, for more details and how to sign up.

● The Kroc Center is hosting a Halloween Carnival Party on Oct. 31st, from 3:30-9:00 pm. There will be booths, games, art, and much, much more. They are in need of volunteers, and this is an opportunity for you to earn community engagement hours. Please stop by the main office to get the Kroc Center’s contact information.

Monday is Culture Day (honor your heritage) Tuesday is Ducks and Beavers Day Wednesday is Pink Out Thursday is Meme Day (No face paint) Friday is Class Spirit Color Competition (Frosh-Green, Soph-Purple, Junior- Orange, Senior- Black)

Counties to meet up on November 3rd to talk about our brain’s health and why it matters. ILEAD is FREE and provides bus

transportation to the summit. If you want to snag some information on how to cope with life better and help others too, join

us! Pick up a registration packet in room 125 or ask Rachel Moreno for more details.

● Save the date for our upcoming annual Harvest Fest. It will be on Thursday, Nov. 1st in our gym. It is a fun evening that

includes dinner! We hope to see you all there! It is open to all Teen parents and ECHS and your families!

● The drummers will be selling Willamette Valley fruit pies starting on the 12th-to the 29th of Oct, to benefit the work they do

for our local elementary schools. If your family buys pies for Thanksgiving, please mention our sale, and consider purchasing pies through our drummers here at school this year. Thank you for supporting our drummers!
